- Advice to industry bodies and government on fisheries legislation,
- Environmental and native title issues (including interstate jurisdictions of South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania)
- International fishing disputes (including the United States of America and the South Pacific region) and Agreements/Conventions,
